Marty Wins State FFA Extemporaneous Speaking Contest
The Extemporaneous Speaking Contest is designed to provide an opportunity for members to develop the skills necessary to speak about a given subject without having much time to prepare or rehearse in advance. In this contest, students draw a topic and are given only 30 minutes to prepare a 4- 6 minute speech. The state winner will represent Wisconsin at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis in October. STATE WINNER:
