The objectives of the FFA Opening and Closing Ceremonies CDE are designed to develop public speaking skills and promote the proper use of the Official FFA Opening and Closing Ceremonies. There are two divisions: one for high school members and one for middle school members. The winning teams will receive a plaque and be recognized on stage. 

STATE SENIOR HIGH WINNER: Weyauwega-Fremont FFA
RUNNER-UP: Colby FFA
THIRD PLACE: Stevens Point FFA
FOURTH PLACE: Darlington FFA

STATE JUNIOR HIGH WINNER: Oconto Falls FFA
