U.S. Diesel Fuel Prices Continue to Rise
USAgNet - 06/10/2016

During the week ending June 6, U.S. diesel fuel prices averaged $2.41 per gallon.

This represents a 42-cent increase over the last 16 weeks.

Prices have increased each of the 16 weeks with the exception of a 1-cent decrease reported on April 4.

EIA Short-Term Energy Outlook has reported that ongoing global supply disruptions, rising demand and falling U.S. production have contributed to the price increase.

For this month, EIA also estimates the U.S. crude oil production to average 8.6 million barrels per day, 0.2 million b/d below last month.
