Farm Bureau Names YFA Achievement Award Finalists

The Wisconsin Farm Bureau has announced the finalists for its Young Farmer and Agriculturist Achievement Award competition, which will be held during the group's annual meeting in December.
The YFA program is open to Farm Bureau members between the ages of 18 and 35. Achievement Award applicants must have derived a majority of their income from on-farm production over the past three years.
This year's finalists include:
** Alex Bringe, Vernon County
** Brad Kolpin, Marquette County
** Chris & Kelly Pollack, Fond du Lac County
** Ryan & Lindsay Prahl, Marathon County
Each finalist must fill out a long-form application and then be judged during an interview at the Farm Bureau annual meeting in Wisconsin Dells December 4-7.
The state winner will advance to national competition during the American Farm Bureau Federation's 2016 Annual Meeting in January.
