Mansavage to be Promoted as Marketing Chief at W.D. Hoard

The W.D. Hoard Company in Fort Atkinson is promoting John Mansavage as its new marketing director at the end of the year. The publisher of Hoard's Dairyman and Hay & Forage Grower magazines, the company says Mansavage will work with the sales,
digital and database teams to service and support ag marketers with print and digital advertising products.
He will succeed Gary Vorpahl, who is retiring from his position after three decades with the company in December.
"We are pleased to have John in this new role," Vorpahl said. "John has been an integral part of Hoard's Dairyman's print and digital market presence for many years and was instrumental in the re-launch of Hay & Forage Grower magazine after our acquisition
in 2015. His strong marketing background in the dairy industry and strategic, forward-thinking approach to the business will complement the service and support we provide to our marketing partners."
Before working at Hoards, Mansavage worked for seven years as the global marketing team leader at BouMatic, LLC.
Meanwhile, the company also announced that Amanda Wollin will join the publisher as its new digital marketing manager. She has built a career in communications and public relations and was most recently Marketing Communications Manager at CRV in
