WCMA Announces Webinar Focused on Internships

The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association is planning a free webinar next month focused on building an effective, dynamic internship program. The online presentaton takes place on November 16 at 1:00 p.m., where staff will lead an engaging agenda featuring
two speakers whose experience covers both internship development and dairy processing.
"Filling positions in dairy processing is extraordinarily challenging right now," said WCMA Director John Umhoefer. "An engaging internship program is a proven strategy to help employers connect with the emerging workforce. We look forward to sharing tips
for members who are looking to improve their existing internship programs or establish new ones."
The November webinar will also include time for a question-and-answer session with presenters.
