Rackow Family Sausage Issues Product Recall

A Juda meat processing business has issued a voluntary recall for five summer sausage products sold at its store.
Rackow Family Sausage is recalling several of its all beef pepper cheese summer sausage products, all sold in one-pound packages.
The recall was prompted after it was realized that the products were produced without the benefit of inspection by state officials as required by law.
No illnesses have been reported as a result of consuming these products.
