Extension Offering QPR Training for Ag-Business Professionals
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 10/21/2019

The University of Wisconsin-Madison-Extension will offer two identical programs for agribusiness professionals to recognize and address farm stress and farmer health. The sessions will train agribusiness professionals in Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR).

The trainings will take place at the Green County Justice Center in Monroe on October 31 and in Dane County at the Lyman F. Anderson Center in Madison.

QPR consists of these three skills:

There is no cost to attend the program, however registration is requested because each session is limited to 30 attendees.

To register for the Green County location, call 608-328-9440. For the Dane County training, call 608-224-3700.
