Compeer Financial Holds Director Elections

Members of Compeer Financial have re-elected five directors to the cooperative's board and welcomed one new director during a recent mail-in ballot election. The Sun Prairie-based institution announced that incumbents Kaye Compart of Nicollet, Minnesota;
Lori Meinholz from Middleton; and Greg Nelson of Spring Valley will each serve a four-year term; while Dan Zimmerman from Rosendale; and Stephanie Wise of Joliet, Illinois will serve for three years.
Roger Newell of Williamsfield, Illinois, was elected to his first term. He will serve four-years on the board.
Compeer Financial is a member-owned Farm Credit cooperative serving and supporting agriculture and rural communities.
The company was formed last year when Badgerland Financial, 1st Farm Credit Services and AgStar Financial Services joined forces--making Compeer Financial the third largest cooperative of the Farm Credit System.
