PDPF Grants Applications Due December 1
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 10/22/2014

The education foundation of the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin is offering money once again to non-profit organizations that have unique ideas in educating consumers about the importance of the dairy industry.

The Professional Dairy Producers Foundation announced that the grants will be awarded to groups that hope to build producer professionalism or maintaining public trust.

"We support educational programs that grow our industry's people and youth and build trust with our consumers," says PDPF Board Chair Logan Bower. "Education throughout the production chain is the key to keeping our rural dairy communities strong."

Bower says the maximum amount given to any one organization will be $5,000. Grant criteria and an application package is available at: www.dairyfoundation.org.

For more information or to receive an application, call 800-947-7379.

Grant applications are due December 1.
