WCGA Seeking New Communications Specialist

The Wisconsin Corn Growers Association has began its search for a new communications director. The state farm group is looking for a professional individual with an agricultural background to coordinate ethanol promotions, assist the executive director with projects, create newsletters, and maintain the organization's website and social media efforts. They will also represent the state at national commodity events.

"We are excited to fill this position," said WCGA President Casey Kelleher. "We are looking for someone who wants to learn more about the corn industry and organizations that support corn growers."

Kelleher says the group hopes to select a candidate by early December. The selected applicant replaces Tom Thieding, who recently took a similar position with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue.
