Schoenborn Moves to Cooperative Network
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 11/10/2016

Cooperative Network has a new communications director. Sara Schoenborn has joined the Madison-based organization, where she will manage strategic communications planning and activities including branding, public and media relations and event marketing.

Among her new responsibilities, Schoenborn will coordinate communications efforts for member, public, media and government relations. She will also plan the annual Co-op Communicators Workshop.

"Cooperative Network has a quality reputation for building partnerships, value and community," Schoenborn says. "They have the capacity to drive change on behalf of their membership and do so with a solid team of hardworking, respected individuals. It is an honor to be a part of that continued success."

Schoenborn is a 2010 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she majored in dairy science and life sciences communication. Most recently, she served as the executive director of the Wisconsin FFA Foundation for the past several years.

Cooperative Network serves approximately 400 Wisconsin and Minnesota member-cooperatives by providing advocacy, education, public awareness, and development services to a wide variety of cooperatives.
