Still Room for World AG Expo, California Sites Tour
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 11/20/2009
Ken Natzke from Bonduel says there are still several seats available for his trip to California this winter, where attendees will have an opportunity to visit various agricultural businesses and World AG Expo on
February 6-13.
"When Mid-West agriculturists wish to learn new and cutting edge agriculture technology they often visit California," Natzke says. "We will visit family operated dairy farms, have an opportunity to see more of
California's diverse agriculture, plus great sight seeing that will make this trip unforgettable," Natzke says.
The trip includes stops at World AG Expo, as well as Hilmar Cheese Plant, Orange Peach Almond Groves, Wineries & Vineyards, Salinas-America's Salad Bowl, San Francisco-Monterey, 17 Mile
Drive-Pebble Beach, Giant Redwood Trees, and other scenic country sites.
The cost of the tour is $1,598 per person double occupancy and an extra $400 for single travelers. The deadline to sign-up is November 20. For more information, call 715-758-2718.
Meanwhile, Ken has also announced he is planning a trip to Ireland for September 17-25, 2010. Natzke says that trip provides a great opportunity to see the Emerald Isle's beautiful countryside, while
enjoying farms, visiting historic sites and elegant cities, and attend the World Ploughing Contest. More details on that trip will be available soon.
