Holt to Serve as President/CEO of Citizens State Bank of Loyal

One of Wisconsin's leading lending institutions for agriculture is getting new leadership. Travis Holt has been selected to become the new President and CEO of the Clark County-based Citizen's State Bank
of Loyal. Holt, who has been with the bank since 2002, is currently serving as chief financial officer.
In his new capacity, Holt will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bank and ensuring the financial stability of the institution for its members and shareholders. He assumes his new
duties on January 1.
Travis earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a masters degree in AgriBusiness from Kansas State University, and is currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking
at UW-Madison. He's replacing Gary Weirauch, who will be retiring at the end of the year.
Meanwhile, Darla Sikora has also been promote as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer for Citizen's. She has been working as a loan officer for the bank since 2002.
