Soltvedt & Bellows Part of ASA DuPont Young Leaders Training
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 12/18/2018

A Seymour couple has been selected to participate in the 35th class of American Soybean Association/DuPont Young Leaders program. Zac Soltvedt & Amber Bellows began their leadership journey at DuPont Pioneer headquarters in Iowa this week.

Organizers say representatives from 19 states and Canada participated in training that included educational and skill-building components. The training session was the first phase of a program designed to identify new and aspiring leaders.

"The Young Leader Program has had a huge impact on not only ASA, but all of agriculture," said ASA President John Heisdorffer. "Former Young Leaders can be found in leadership roles throughout the industry and public policy."

Soltvedt owns and operates G&Z Farms and Bellows is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where she is studying agri-business.

Last year, Pat Mullooly of Chilton was a participant of the program.
