Mullooly Part of ASA DuPont Young Leaders Training
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 12/14/2017

A precision ag manager with The Delong Company has been selected to participate in the 34th class of American Soybean Association/DuPont Young Leaders program. Pat Mullooly of Chilton began his leadership journey at DuPont Pioneer headquarters in Iowa this week.

Organizers say representatives from 18 states and Canada participated in training that included educational and skill-building components. The training session was the first phase of a program designed to identify new and aspiring leaders.

"The Young Leader program provides training in key leadership areas and allows participants to form lasting relationships with growers from across the country," said ASA President Ron Moore. "This strengthens our industry and allows us to work collaboratively in our local, state and national organizations."

Moore noted that the program provides training in key areas, such as communication and leadership, while growing their peer network.

Last year, Tony and Katie Mellenthin of Menomonie were participants of the program.
