Finalists Named in WI Auctioneer Bid Calling Contest

The Wisconsin Auctioneers Association will once again hold its annual State Champion Auctioneer Contest at the Wisconsin State Fair this summer.
Finalists for the 2018 competition, which is slated for August 7 in the Coliseum of the Wisconsin State Fair Park, where recently named during the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association's annual meeting.
Contestants will include Stan Jones, Dave Lulich, Mark Oberholtzer, Joe Mellem, Christopher Sund, Ray Henry, Randy Stockwell, Kale George, Kathy Packard and Jenny Gehl.
A top auctioneer will be chosen to represent the state at the National Auctioneers Association contest.
Proceeds from the items they sell during the contest go to further WAA education, scholarships and the Wisconsin 4-H Foundation.
