Wisconsin Students Earn DHIA Scholarships

A Wisconsin college student has been named the winner of the Joe Drexler Memorial Scholarship from the National Dairy Herd Information Association. Bailey Larson of Alma Center is this year's recipient, where she will earn money for her continuing
education.
This year marks the eleventh consecutive year for awarding a scholarship in memory of Joe Drexler, who worked for NorthStar Cooperative DHI Services.
Meanwhile, the National DHIA Scholarship committee also selected 15 other high school seniors and college students as recipients of $1,000 scholarships this year. From Wisconsin, Jessica Mehre from Glenbeulah was selected for a scholarship.
NorthStar members and employees, friends and family contributed their own money to establish this scholarship fund.
