It's Maple Syrup Month in Wisconsin!

Wisconsin's 70th Alice in Dairyland helped kick-off the spring sugar-maple season last weekend during a tree tapping ceremony at Maple Creek Sugarbush in Barron.
On Saturday, Crystal Siemers-Peterman tapped into a maple tree where a group of people gathered to watch the annual tradition.
Maple Creek Sugarbush is a multi-generation family syrup making business that has been in production for over 45 years in northern Wisconsin.
Meanwhile, Governor Scott Walker has officially declared March 15 through April 15 Maple Syrup Month in Wisconsin.
