Kleppe, Pfatteicher, Potterton Honored at FISC Reunion
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 03/23/2017
Three longtime friends of the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Farm and Industry Short Course were recognized for their efforts during the group's annual reunion recently.
The JS Donald Teaching Award was presented to Dr. Barry Kleppe, who has taught in the program for years. He also has his own large animal veterinary practice.
Sarah Pfatteicher was presented with the Friend of Short Course Award and Jessie Potterton with the Service to Agriculture Award. They both secured the program's future by getting the program integrated into the UW system and FISC credits aligned with
the undergraduate credits.
Over 70 graduates, current students, supporters and friends of the UW-Madison Farm and Industry Short Course attended the reunion to celebrate the group's accomplishments.
