Golf Outing to Benefit Environmental Science Programs in June
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 03/31/2017
Trees For Tomorrow will host its 15th annual golf outing fundraiser on June 2. The event raises funds to support its environmental science educational programs and provide access to these programs for students in kindergarten through 12th grade with
The outing will be held at the Eagle River Golf Course. It will include an 18-hole two-person scramble, challenge and betting holes, raffle, luncheon, awards ceremony and a chance to win $10,000 in the hole-in-one contest.
"Our golf outing is one of two fundraising events that we do each year," said TFT Director Robin Ginner. "Thanks to the generosity of the many people who make it successful, we are able to make a significant difference in the ability to educate our youth how to
make responsible choices in how they interact with and manage the natural world."
Registration is available online at www.TreesForTomorrow.com or by calling 715-479-6456.
Last year's event raised more than $11,000 to ensure educational opportunities for students attending TFT.
