Bloomer FFA Alumni to Hold Benefit for DeWayne Fossum

The Bloomer FFA Alumni is taking donations and will hold a golf event this summer for its advisor and local agriculture instructor DeWayne Fossum, who is recovering from surgery to remove cancer from his abdomen.
Organizers of the June 22 outing say the shotgun start will be at 9:00 a.m. at Bloomer Memorial Golf Course.
Mr. Fossum had surgery in February and now faces chemo treatments.
The FFA Alumni will match up to $5,000 for cash donations that come in to support DeWayne.
