Next PDPW Webinar Series to Feature Dr. David Kohl
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 04/21/2014

The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin will hold its next World-Class Webinar Series this month on putting your business financials into gear. Dr. David Kohl, professor emeritus with Virginia Tech, will serve as the facilitator of the two-part program. He will talk about how global economic trends are impacting dairy farmers in an unprecedented way.

His first program, being held April 26, will focus on 10 characteristics of successful CFO dairy farmers. It will also cover ratios that you need to know, and participants will hear answers to the top questions that industry leading producers are asking across the country.

On May 14, Dr. Kohl will provide an economic update, talk about how to stay in control of your business in a changing economic environment, and discuss the rules of the road concerning finance in management.

Both presentations will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The cost to participate in the on-line interactive program for PDPW members is $100 per registered computer. Non-members can join in for $125. There is no limit to the number of people who wish to share one computer for the program.

Interested participants must have a high-speed Internet connection and must pre-register.
