Minnesota Man Dies in Polk County Farm Mishap

A St. Paul man was killed last weekend after being run over while working on a tractor.
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Department, Robert Pooler, 51, died Saturday evening while trying to repair the machine.
Reports say Pooler, who was an employee at the farm, was trying to arc start the tractor by crossing the terminal of the solenoid. That's when it started while in gear and rolled forward.
The incident happened in the town of Milltown.
Officers say Pooler died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
