Roehl Transport Purchases Dorchester Trucking Firm

Blume Farms Land & Cattle has agreed to sell its Dorchester refrigerated trucking operations to Roehl Transport. According to
the Marshfield News-Herald, Roehl will operate the 100-plus unit fleet as Blume Refrigerated.
According to Roehl Transport President Rick Roehl, the move gives the company an opportunity to enter the refrigerated truckload market with a solid customer base. Operations will continue to be run from Dorchester. Roehl is based in Marshfield.
Blume Refrigerated plans to grow its business and offer employment to nearly all the Blume Farms' drivers and support staff.
They will also continue to own and operate its land and cattle interests in the Dorchester area.
