FFA Safe Tractor Contest Announces Date Change
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 05/17/2019
State agriculture students in southern Wisconsin who planned to participate in the 2019 Wisconsin FFA Safe Tractor Operator Contest this week are being advised of a scheduling change.
The Wisconsin FFA Center announced that the competition previously scheduled for May 18 at Sauk Prairie High School will now be held on June 15 because of wet conditions.
The other regional locations are still being planned for June 14 at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton; June 20 at Clear Lake High School; and June 21 at Independence High School.
The winner from each of these contest sites will advance to the state contest, held in conjunction with Wisconsin Farm Technology Days in July. In addition to each winner advancing, the top 10 overall scoring individuals will also advance to state.
