Wisconsin Students Among GROWMARK Scholarship Winners
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 05/29/2020

Fifteen agriculture students have been chosen as recipients of the GROWMARK Foundation's scholarship program, including three from Wisconsin.

Amelia Hayden and Jackie Rosenbush, both from Sharon, and Ben Styer of Menomonie were among 260 students from across the U.S. and Canada to apply for the scholarship program.

"We are pleased to provide financial support to these fifteen outstanding students," said GROWMARK Foundation Spokesperson Amy Bradford. "Their pursuit of higher education in agriculture will position them well to potentially become a part of the GROWMARK System in the future, whether that may be employment at GROWMARK or an FS member cooperative, or as a farmer-owner of their local cooperative."

Hayden is the immediate past president of the Wisconsin FFA. She is studying agricultural education at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Rosenbush is pursuing agricultural education at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. And Styer is studying animal science-dairy and agriculture and food business management at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
