UW-Madison Collegiate Farm Bureau Elects Officers

The Collegiate Farm Bureau group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison has elected its new officers for next school year.

Brad Jaeger, an upcoming senior studying agricultural and applied economics and agronomy, has been elected president of the group. The Newton native will be serving as an intern with CHS this summer and has plans to make the monthly meetings more engaging for the members.

Kate Griswold from Black Earth was elected vice president. She will be a senior studying life sciences communication with certificates in agricultural business and international agriculture.

Nate Zimdars, Ripon, will be the new secretary. He is a senior double majoring in history and political science. The new treasurer will be Charlie Hamilton of Cuba City. Hamilton, a sophomore, is studying dairy science.

Meanwhile, directors at-large for 2015-16 include Josie Dallam, Bel Air, Maryland; and Sara Griswold, Black Earth.

The Collegiate Farm Bureau is affiliated with the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation.
