Out-Going 'Alice' to Address State Christmas Tree Growers

Jill Makovec may be ending her tenure this week as Wisconsin's Alice in Dairyland, but her duties aren't fully complete yet. She will be the featured speaker during the Wisconsin Christmas Tree Producers
Association's annual meeting later the summer.
The group is holding its convention and trade show in Arlington on August 8-9, where attendees can learn how to grow a better crop from some of the top experts in the industry.
Other highlights during the event include educational presentations, area tours and networking opportunities.
The WCTPA members will also hold its annual business session and elect officers during the forum.
