Clark Co. Motorist Killed in Farm Equipment Accident

A 35-year-old man was killed Tuesday afternoon when his vehicle struck the back of a forage box. According to the Clark County Sheriff's Department, Troy Zabel was traveling on a rural road around 3:30 p.m. when he hit the rear of the farm
implement.
The accident happened in the town of Loyal. The driver of the tractor pulling the wagon was not injured.
Authorities say Zabel was pronounced dead at the scene. Speed and traveling too fast for conditions are being blamed for the mishap.
Sheriff officials are continuing to investigate the accident.
