Kindschi Earns Outstanding Guernsey Youth Honors

A student Loganville has been named the 2020 National Outstanding Guernsey Youth by the American Guernsey Association. Levi Kindschi earned the award last month, which is the highest honor that can be achieved by a youth in the association.
Kindschi was chosen five years ago as the winner of the Wisconsin Guernsey Breeder's youth essay calf contest. He also became active in speaking contests and dairy bowl.
Levi is a recent graduate of Southwest Technical College in Fennimore, where he studied farm operations and dairy management. He currently works for the Dairy Forage Research Center.
