The Wisconsin Veterinary Medical Association has begun the process of recruiting a new executive director. The group's board of directors is seeking a dynamic leader who will be responsible for connecting with members and creating greater value for the
The director also acts as a liaison to the lobbyists and policymakers to push for the best interest of the organization.
Applicants should have a business degree and a background in agriculture, with experience in a veterinary field desired.

The next leader will replace Kim Pokorny, who is leaving the WVMA after 12 years to become the chief administrative officer of the Wisconsin Farm Bureau.
