Clark County Offering Ag Plastic Recycling Day

Farmers in Clark County who have on-farm agricultural plastics to dispose of are encouraged to take part in a free program next month. Revolution Plastics will be distributing dumpsters throughout the area on July 18.
The company provides free on-farm, regular collection service for the plastic. This service is available for Clark County residents and the surrounding areas. Registration is required in order to pick up a dumpster, but there is a limited number available.
Agricultural plastics usually consist of used bale wrap, ag or grain bags, most bunker covers and oxygen barrier film. Other products like irrigation tape and tubing, greenhouse, hoophouse, fumigation and other cover films may also be disposed in the dumpsters.
