Wisconsin Ag Connection - 01/17/2014
From food safety to marketing, the Local Food Business Seminars are back in 2014 with these timely topics. Registration is now open for the February and March sessions from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture.
Seminars on February 11-14 will be led by DATCP meat and food safety experts. The speakers will discuss food licensing exemptions, license requirements for shared kitchens and labeling. Other topics will include poultry exemptions, retail sale requirements and interstate laws.
