Phillips to Serve as National Jersey District Director

A Manitowoc County dairy producer was elected to a three-year term on the American Jersey Cattle Association's board of directors. Donna Phillips, DVM of Newton will represent the group's seventh district after being elected at the recent AJCA annual
meeting.
Phillips owns and operates the 84-cow REAP herd D & D Jerseys with her husband and daughters. The operation ranks tenth in the nation for genetic merit with a herd average JPI of +84.
Donna is also serving a third term as director of the Wisconsin Jersey Breeders Association, where she previous held the position of president.
She and her husband received the AJCA Young Jersey Breeder Award in 2005.
