Man Severely Injured in Truck vs. Tractor Accident

Another motor vehicle accident involving a farm tractor has left one man with life-threatening injuries.
According to the Vernon County Sheriff's Department, 66-year-old Danny White was driving a tractor that was pulling a hay rake on State Hwy. 82. When he attempted to make a left turn, he was struck from behind by a dump truck driven by Michael
Anderson, 71, of La Farge, who was attempting to pass the tractor on the left side.
White was ejected from the tractor, which overturned and came to rest on its side. He was airlifted to Gundersen Health System of La Crosse.
The accident happened Wednesday afternoon.
Last week, a 73-year-old man was killed when his SUV collided with a crop sprayer in Green Lake County.
