GreenStone Makes List of 'Best Companies to Work For'
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 01/20/2017

For the fourth consecutive year, GreenStone has been named one of the 'Best and Brightest Companies to Work For' by the National Association for Business Resources.

"GreenStone's leadership is committed to making this an outstanding place to work," said Beth Barker, GreenStone's vice president and chief human resources officer. "We regularly invite our employees to provide feedback, and we really listen to what they have to say. I think that is the foundation of becoming one of the Best and Brightest."

Serving all of Michigan, as well as 10 counties in northeast Wisconsin, GreenStone has experienced unprecedented success in recent years because of the hard work of the cooperative's 24,000-plus members.

The winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. They include compensation; benefits and employee solutions; employee enrichment; engagement and retention; employee education and development; recruitment; selection and orientation; employee achievement and recognition; communication and shared vision; diversity and inclusion; work-life balance; community initiatives; and strategic company performance.
