H&S Mfg, Kuhn Scores High in Dealer Satisfaction Survey
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 07/21/2008

The Marshfield-based H&S Manufacturing Co. is getting praises from its dealers for being able to supply them with products in a timely manner and for overall customer service. According to the July issue of Ag Equipment Intelligence, an array of dealers were surveyed by the North American Equipment Dealers Association about their satisfaction of the manufacturers they represent on a variety of activities.

H&S scored highest for product availability and in overall satisfaction. Vermeer and Mahindra also ranked high for product availability, with John Deere, Krause and AGCO scoring lowest. The lowest scoring firms for overall satisfaction were McCormick, AGCO, Case IH, John Deere and New Holland.

"We're truly honored to hear about the results of the questionnaire," H&S President Chris Heikenen told Wisconsin Ag Connection. "This is a direct result of the long hours and dedication that our entire team has put toward making sure our dealers and customers are getting the best products and the best service possible."

For product quality, Kuhn Manufacturing--which is the parent company of Brodhead-based Kuhn-Knight--had the highest marks, followed by Kinze, H&S and CLASS.

H&S manufactures manure handling, hay and forage harvesting equipment, as well as the Loadmaster trailer line.
