Bressner Joins Wisconsin FFA Foundation Board

The executive director of the Wisconsin Agri-Business Association has been chosen to serve on the Wisconsin FFA Foundation board of directors. Tom Bressner will be part of the group that helps set policy for the foundation and raise money for the state's FFA youth.

Bressner is president of the Wisconsin Transportation Development Association, co-director of the Wisconsin Agribusiness Classic Convention and Trade Show, and also serves on the Wisconsin DOT Freight Advisory Council. He is a member of the DNR Invasive Species Council, UW-Discovery Farms Project Steering Committee, Fox Valley Technical College Agriculture Advisory Council, and the Wisconsin Corn Promotion Board.

"Many years ago as a high school student myself, I memorized those words - I believe in the future of agriculture with a faith born not of words but of deeds," says Bressner. "I have always tried to do my part to make this statement true. Becoming a member of the Wisconsin FFA Foundation Board is just one more way to show my belief and to help in building the future of agriculture."

Tom has also has served on the state and national FFA officer candidate selection committees, and the Foundation's scholarship award selection team.
