Holstein Foundation Accepting YDLI Class Applications
Wisconsin Ag Connection - 07/28/2016

The Holstein Foundation is accepting applications for its 10th class of Young Dairy Leaders Institute. The program will have on-site meetings in Phoenix, Arizona in February 2017 and 2018.

YDLI is a unique, three-phase dairy leadership program for young adults, ages 22 to 45, who are involved in the industry as active dairy producers or members of allied industry. Utilizing interactive workshops and a hands-on learning approach, along with individual projects, YDLI takes place in three phases over a 12-month period.

YDLI has over 500 alumni that can attest to its merit.

"I've been very lucky in my life to be able to attend quite a few workshops and conferences aimed at personal growth, but YDLI was far and away the best experience I've had," said Michael Goeldi, a former participant from Wisconsin. "If I had to use one word to describe YDLI it would be transformative."

For more information, contact the Holstein Foundation at 800-952-5200, ext. 4261. Applications are due to the Holstein Foundation office by August 1.
