Wisconsin Ag Teachers to be Honored at National Event

Four agriculture teachers from Wisconsin will be honored during the National Association of Agricultural Educators convention later this fall.

The event will be held November 30 through December 4 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Randolph High School Ag Instructor Keith Gundlach will be recognized with an Outstanding Agricultural Education Program award for Region III.

A Lifetime Achievement designation will be presented to Peter Drone, a retired teacher from River Ridge schools.

The Teacher Mentor Award for the region will go to Jenifer Erb of Waupaca High School.

And Elizabeth Porior from Oconto Falls High School will earn a Teachers Turn the Key Award.

The NAAE is an organization is dedicated to developing professional pride and a spirit of unity among classroom teachers in agriculture education, and to recognizing members for conducting outstanding programs.
